A terrific product, it's exactly what I expected.This is a difficult review for me to leave because this product definitely seems to be of the highest quality, and judging by the other reviews here and the owners taking the time to address both good and bad reviews I do genuinely believe they're striving to provide a perfect and over-engineered product to exacting, high standards. However, I am going to review the unit I received which has one small but not insignificant manufacturing issue that really bothers me. If things change, I'll update this review accordingly.First of all, the look and feel of this thing is fantastic and I can't say that enough. The build quality is superb, so props to Cielo on that. I never intended to buy such an expensive pill fob, but I I bought it to replace a fob I bought from a CVS probably at least 8 years ago. It was very similar to the ones Walgreens sells now (same height and diameter), but it had a textured finish on it and the build quality was just incredible for a $5 piece of stainless steel. The current fobs you can get at local pharmacies are just garbage quality. So I figured, since this is something I genuinely carry on me every single day, I might as well invest in a high quality one made of Titanium which seems to be the holy grail of anything EDC.My chief complaint: this thing squeaks like crazy. As I am tightening or loosening the cap, it sounds like either the threads are not aligned perfectly or the O-ring is rubbing against the metal in a way that is making a loud, intermittent squeaking noise as I turn the cap in either direction. It is incredibly disappointing, but I can only imagine how difficult it is to get these things perfect every single time. I am hoping that the threading just kind of wears itself in and the squeaking stops on its own. My old pill fob and the temporary replacement I bought had both squeaked when I first bought them but it went away within 5-10 minutes. This Titanium holder, I've been loosening and tightening extensively this evening and rechecking it after letting it sit and I've made no progress. I don't even know if it's possible, but I figured it was worth a shot.But back to the rest of my review...Now it may not make much sense to spend this kind of money on a small metal container that I had just proven myself capable of losing, but it really had never happened to me over the almost 10 years I had my last one. Unfortunately I lost my old fob some time between landing at an airport approximately 1 hour from where I live and getting back home after a trip. I was being driven back from the airport by a local limo service and in all likelihood it fell out of my pocket somehow in the car, but I didn't realize until the next day that it had gone missing because I never lost it before nor had it fall out of my pocket. But unfortunately it was gone, and I didn't really bother trying to find it. Given that a couple of my prescriptions are controlled substances, I carry just enough for a couple days in an everyday carry pill holder. I figured there was very little chance that 1) the limo company would actually send the driver back just to drop off a small medicine container with a few days max supply of medications and 2) that they'd even "find" my lost pill container. In other words, whether it be the driver, someone who cleans the cars, a manager it was reported to, etc. that my meds would eventually find their way into the hands of someone that would sooner keep them than tell me the container was found. I never received a phone call from them that they found something in the car, so that kind of validates that assumption for me. It was no great tragedy though, as the amount of medication lost was minimal. If anything was a tragedy it was losing a container I had for almost 10 years and really had a high build quality despite its dirt cheap price when I bought it.So, all things considered, this pill carrier is definitely a worthy replacement. I even see it as an upgrade, but I'm optimistic the squeaking will stop (plus support seems great so again, a reason for me to not be concerned). In the mean time, it certainly functions just fine and holds my medications in a solid, lightweight container. The seal between the cap and the container is really well designed, you can feel it sealing on the O-ring and feel confident that nothing is getting in or out without you opening it up again. The Titanium looks great, feels great to the touch, and the design they chose for the outside consisting of a series of grooves adds both a nice look/feel to an already great looking product and provides a solid grip for you to grasp it with. You won't have to worry about this slipping out of your hands or being unable to open the container due to it being hard to hold.Overall, this is a 5 star product. Of course when I say it's a 5 star product, that's me being generous and ignoring the defect mine came with since it doesn't seem to be a standard issue (I haven't seen other reviewers mention it). Without the squeak, everything else is perfect and this is easily top of the range as far as small EDC containers go. Unfortunately, I just received a 3 star version of it with a defect.This is exactly what I was looking for: an indestructible, finely crafted, airtight, waterproof, handy way to carry an unopened bottle of nitro. I have two sets of keys with a bottle carrier on each. I have the stainless steel models and they are definitely not too heavy or cumbersome. A beautifully made dependable product. Definitely an A+ product. I would highly recommend this product.Had one for about 6 years, works as well today as the first day. The extra wide diameter accommodates small or big pills. Very handy to have that flexibility to handle any changing needs over time. Outer finish and lid gasket holding up well too. Have used it several times a week since I got it.This is one of the better nitro pill holders that are built well. It’s on the larger side which is fine since it holds the whole bottle. It is very solid and has a great lid to secure the holder together. One of the best holders I have purchased.Easy to carry on my key ring.Nicely packaged. A solid pill holder that I can attach to my key chain. Very pleased with my purchase.This is just what I needed to carry meds that needed to be on person. Highly recommend!
